Features

• Perfect grid temperatures and great temperature from 12 burners with 12,300 btuh each.
• Stainless steel burners and stainless steel radiants are fixed on one end, free on the other. No heat warping, but they stay in place when moving the unit from site to site.
• Modular construction: hood (optional), upper body, and lower body are all "lift off" to reduce weight and make them more transportable.
• 12 ga aluminized construction on major body parts.
• Lower body pan is welded water tight with a drain fitting to allow use as a water tub. Eliminates grease fires!
• "Snap-Loc" legs for easy assembly.
