Grid rods lift out individually for the ultimate in cleanability and great options flexibility (no custom top grids required). Easy to handle. No heavy top grids to lift. Keep the grid rods clean with a wire brush daily. They can also be soaked in a sink with degreaser overnight or run through a dishwasher on your "off" day for a complete cleaning. Since they are not fixed in a grid frame or welded assembly, warping is not a concern. Retaining rod across front of unit holds rods in place. Hex or round rods, stainless or plain. All available in the same unit with no custom top grids required. Change rods types as needed to meet your menu requirements.
