All Stainless Construction
16 ga 304 or heavier stainless steel construction throughout, with 304 stainless steel burners and runner tubes standard, stainless steel plumbing/fittings, even stainless steel fasteners! Full width stainless steel hood and 1/2" diameter solid stainless grid rods are standard features!

Incredibly even grid temperatures side to side, front to back, with no unusable grid space
Look how far out to the sides the end burners are! Tilted burners and sub-radiants below and between all burners reduce gas use and improve performance. More burners than any other char-broiler for maximum power and control.

Our unique individually removable grid rods
prevent warping and allow for complete cleaning, no cracks or crevices or heavy top grid assemblies to deal with. Heavy duty 1/2 diameter rods with optional hex or stainless available with no custom top grids required!

Sloped removable grease panel channels all grease to full width front grease trough. Lots of capacity, lots of visibility. Laser etched markings, no cloth catching plates or drop off labels. 6" heavy duty Jarvis swivel lock casters or Kason adjustable bullet style legs are standard. Doors, side shelves, other accessories shown in this photo are optional. CSA (formerly AGA) and NSF approved.
